Digital China (Stock code 00861.HK) was listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2001 following a spin off from the Legend Group in 2000. Digital China is the largest integrated IT services provider in China with revenue of HKD70.319 billion in FY2011/12 (1 April 2011 – 31 March 2012).
