Ms. Iris Han joins Infinity Group in 2016 as Sr. Risk Control and Legal Manager. Prior to joining Infinity Group, Ms. Han has over eight years legal practice experience in leading multinational company Walmart for its legal affair of hundreds of Walmart Group’s onshore and offshore companies and hundreds of branch stores, a PE/VC company and top tier law firms. She accumulated a rich legal experience in M&A, restructure, FDI, PE/VC, litigation and arbitration areas. Ms. Han holds her LLB from Jinan University and LLM from Aberdeen University.
