Tmura - the Israeli Public Service Venture Fund is a foundation which was founded in 2002 to increase the involvement of the high-tech community in non-profit activity in Israel, with a focus on education and other youth initiatives.

Tmura receives donations of equity from (mainly private) Israeli and Israel related high-tech companies. Upon a liquidity event, Tmura allocates the proceeds to education and youth related charities in Israel.

Incorporated in HK since Dec 2011, Infinity Charity Fund is a public nature charity eligible for tax exemption according to section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. Our mission is to help children in China on their needs for education, medical and environmental attentions. During 2012-2013, our fund helped over 70 students in Huangu Town school, Ziyang County, Ankang City, Shannxi Province. The money will provide them food and other must to have items for them to continue their study.

Infinity is leading and supporting The Initiative Center of the Negev (ICN), a non-profit organization, founded by leading Israeli business executives who share the vision for Israel's growth by developing the Negev and making it economically viable and attractive for industry, investment and settlement. ICN's goal is to build a unique Residential and Commercial Development for Entrepreneurs in the Negev: The first "Entrepreneurial" Kibbutz (village) that will make a vital contribution to the development of the Negev by attracting settlers, growing profitable companies, and creating jobs opportunities for Negev residences.

During World War II, citizens in Hongkou District sheltered Jews fleeing Nazi persecution in Europe. The Consulate General of Israel in Shanghai and 26 Israeli companies, including Infinity, joined together to raise 666,666 yuan (US$87,329) to renovate and re-equip the Hongkou Elders' Activity Center in Huoshan Park. The funds were also used to renovate a building in the park and to set up a database of 20,000 Jews who lived in the area.
