Currently, he is the Chairman of Yuhua Capital and the Founder of Dalian Sion-Israel Fund.
It has more than 20 years of his practical experience in front-line investment banking and investment industry. He served as the General Manager of northeast region of investment banking department of Guangfa Securities, successively presided over and participated in the IPO and rights offering restructuring of shenyang environmental protection, Harbin air conditioning, liaoning times, fushun special steel and other listed companies. The main investment achievements of his includes Israel IOPtima, Jinchen Holding (603396), SenyInt, Dalian V.R Global Version (871750), Perflow, etc.
Mr. Liu yongsheng holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology and an MBA degree from Dalian University of Technology.
