Ms. LEI Li, currently the director of the Company's Investment Strategy Committee, is mainly responsible for the Company's project investment decision-making process, risk control management and legal affairs. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Lei has worked at Grandall Law Firm, Meijia Group, King & Wood Mallesons, ZD capital,Guangdong Guangsheng Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., and has extensive experience in investment, mergers and acquisitions, fund establishment and operation, corporate listing, PE / VC transactions and other fields. Ms. Lei graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with bachelor's degrees in law and finance, and obtained a master's degree in law from Sun Yat-sen University.
