Mr. Thomas Tang joined Infinity in 2020. He focuses on investments in semiconductors, communication technology and advanced manufacturing. Before joining Infinity, he was a R&D engineer at ASMPT’s Singapore headquarter, where he was responsible for chip assembly and packaging equipment development. He was also an investment manager at ZhongSu Capital where he led the investment projects in the fields of RF&Isolator chips, 5G communications, MEMS sensors, etc. 

 Mr. Tang holds a Master degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore，and a Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering from Central South University.
